Experience

Alberto L. Mignucci has over two decades experience in business and has held senior purchasing, operations and strategic sourcing roles at major Fortune 500 corporations.

He was formerly the Director of Purchasing and Strategic Sourcing at Kendro Laboratory Products, a division of SPX, with multiple factory location responsibility. Prior to that, he held increasingly senior positions within United Technologies, Sikorsky Aircraft Division, including Chief Buyer, Program Manager and Manager of Strategic Sourcing. Additionally, Mr. Mignucci completed Sikorsky's Production Operations Management Rotation program.

Mr. Mignucci has received extensive lean manufacturing training, and led a number innovative lean manufacturing initiatives at Sikorsky Aircraft and Kendro Laboratory Products, including a titanium recycling program, the establishment of assembly flow lines and the implementation of Kanban and pull systems within the supply chain.

Additionally, Mr. Mignucci has a broad background in international sourcing including the establishment of sourcing programs in Mexico, Spain, Turkey, Europe, Russia and China for a variety of commodities.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Vermont and a Master's Degree in International Affairs with a concentration in military procurement from the University of Pittsburgh.
